RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing Icart99, where we are committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable shopping experience every day. Our ‘Refund and/or Exchange Policy’ allow customers to request a refund or exchange within three (03) days of delivery.

To initiate a refund and/or exchange, please contact our support team at info@Icart99 or use the ‘Lodge a Complaint’ page on our website. Select ‘Claim’ and submit a request to start the process.

Our logistics personnel will pick up the product from your doorstep, and there will be no additional charges for a refund and/or exchange if the supplied product was not up to the standard prescribed by the seller.

It’s important to note that the company is not liable for a refund and/or exchange in case of product loss or damage. However, a refund is applicable only when the returned product is undamaged and remains intact.

FEATURES OF REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

– Please be aware that an exchange due to a mismatch or fault is subject to stock availability and can be done without incurring additional charges.

– An exchange will be processed only after our Quality Control (QC) personnel have completed and reported the necessary inspection.

– Kindly note that Icart99 does not facilitate refunds and/or exchanges for undergarments, shapewear products (both for men and women), wristwatches, mobile phones, and other electronic items.

– For warranty claims on electronic items with manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the vendor, manufacturer, or authorized dealer directly.
